Tracks recent arXiv submissions across cs.AI / cs.LG / cs.CL via the public Atom API. Maps to "research paper monitoring", "scientific lit alerts", "academic competitive intel" briefs.

Built 2026-05-03 as Demo #8. Pattern generalizes to any Atom/RSS feed (PubMed, SSRN, bioRxiv, journal RSS).
